The parking area was spacious, the beds were very comfortable for a travellers like us who needs a comfy sleep

Both staffs during check-in and check-out weren't very friendly...the information delivered to us in a stern voices doesn't seem friendly at all, hope will improved the customer service

The room is clean and spacious. Pool are the main attraction for my kids. Even I enjoyed swimming there. The bed and the blankets are comfy for me and my kids.

The toiletries could be added as extra mile. Just a simple tooth brush and tooth paste should be enough.

Room 210 aircond not well function & noisy..???

Breakfast is so so.Not good enough compared to the rate of room rate charged by Hotel Sri Malaysia Kangar. Not so many choices and the main dish is not that delicious. Furthermore , they should provide butter, compared to only margerine which they served.

HSM Kangar should upgrade their breakfast if they want more people to stay in their hotel

Front desk doesn't answer the phone call. F&B doesn't replenish the food, left empty and some where also messy.

The hospitality was excellent, strategic location, far from roadside. The room given was spacious, ironing board and iron were provided as well.

Low shower pressure, noisy aircond sometimes the water from aircond splashed out while we were sleeping.

Added provision on room hospitality specifically a single settee chair and the waste bin for the room.

Firstly, the 'small' plastic stirrer stick doesn't able to serve well on making of the coffee drink. It bent after slight moment of stirring!. Secondly, the tap for the wash hand basin is TOO short for a proper washing.

The food in the cafeteria is very delicious. Credit to the chef. It’s well-seasoned and worth the price.

Honest answer, with the rate i paid, should include with breakfast. Ordered from Room Service, i gave 8/10. Nasi Goreng Kampung and Bihun Goreng is superb. Overall satisfied.

Some improvement on the room.

Namely:1. There is only one(1) bin provided. Insufficient to contain waste buildup. There should be another provided within the room.2. Hotel should constantly check condition of sole settee provided. The one exist inhouse is quite dalipidated(it sunk when seated!).

Pool looks nice. We did not eat breakfast. Room was comfortable Only the room that i stayed did not lock very well, but i did not lose any thing.

Disappointing

Room does not have a pleasant smell- old room and smell musty, especially the bathroomMattress is hard and not comfortable- i didnt have a good sleep for 2 night i were there.Swing mode on aircond not functioning- aircond was not coldOverall, not a good stay.
